Website design process
Step 1: Receive requests and information from customers
The first thing in the professional website design process is to receive customer requests and information. DybiWeb needs to know:
- What features do customers want the website to have: Company websites operating in different fields need different features.
- What are the artistic requirements: Artistic requirements will be shown in the screen interface: Background color, logo, layout of features, layout, etc.
- What is the future content of the website: DybiWeb uses this information to advise businesses on which features to use and collect necessary images to design the website.
During this process, DybiWeb's customer support staff will be responsible for explaining to customers clearly about the web, basic concepts in case they do not know, and consulting on DybiWeb's services. If the customer agrees, go to step 2.
Step 2: Make a sample website (demo)
Based on the requirements collected in step 1, DybiWeb's technical team will create a sample (demo) website for customers. Customers review requested features, and request revisions when necessary.
DybiWeb supports editing many times until the customer is satisfied and 100% satisfied.
*Note: The content on the sample (demo) website is currently only sample data to help customers visualize how the interface and content will be displayed. After handover, the customer can completely change it. Sample data content as well as color, font size, etc.
Step 3: Payment and Website guide
Once satisfied with the website interface, the next step is to register a domain name for the website to officially run:
- Customers need to choose a suitable domain name: for example "namemien.com" and provide information for DybiWeb to register the domain name (information includes: full name, phone number, CCCD number, address, email, etc.). If the customer is a business, they need to provide their tax code and business name.)
- Customers pay fees with DybiWeb
- DybiWeb registers a domain name with the above information, the technician will perform configuration operations to make the newly purchased domain name work.
- Submit website to Google search engines, create sitemap, etc.
Step 4: Handover and instructions for website management
After completing step 3, the website has gone live. DybiWeb will email you information including:
- Domain information, domain management account
