- Dybi registers an official domain name (Customers who already have a domain name can skip this step)
- Instructions & Handover: domain name information, connection items such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics... The Dybi team will guide customers to manage the website most effectively.
- Maintenance: Each year customers need to pay an annual maintenance fee according to the price list
With Design package:
- This package requires a custom design, so customers must deposit 1,000,000 in advance for the required design fee.

Image design:
- Applicable to all candle packages with Logo and Banner designs
- For image design services, you need to pay in advance. Design fees are according to the logo-banner design price list.

In case no one wants it. But to ensure customer benefits, DybiWeb commits to refunding the deposit or image design fee if the customer is still unsatisfied with multiple edits.
